Maintenance subscriptions for your gas appliances
Gas Appliance Maintenance
- Once a year your appliance is serviced according to manufacturer specifications and the requirements of CO certification.
- You can report a fault 24 hours a day. Faults are resolved within 24 hours where possible.
- No call-out fees are charged for faults resolved during working hours.
- Call-out fees apply for faults outside working hours and at weekends.
- If a repair is necessary during periodic maintenance or a fault, you will receive a price quotation in advance where possible. The repair will only be carried out after your confirmation.
- Labour costs and parts are not included in the subscription and will be charged to you.
- For faults outside office hours, only subscribers can contact us via our general telephone number.
Terms
The maintenance subscription applies per calendar year and runs from 1 January to 31 December.
You will receive an annual invoice that must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice.
Tariffs are indexed annually and communicated to you when the new subscription invoice is sent.
